Yes, every student receives a personalized learning plan based on the results of our initial diagnostic assessment. This plan identifies their strengths, areas for improvement, and specific goals to ensure targeted and effective instruction throughout their tutoring journey.

We refer to this learning plan weekly during tutoring sessions to track progress and give an update to students/parents frequently.

We do not offer hourly payment options because we believe meaningful progress requires at least 6 weeks within our program. This duration allows for consistency, which is essential for evaluating the effectiveness of our methods for both children and their families. Our structured approach ensures students have the time and support needed to build skills and confidence.

In person tutoring sessions are conducted in a location within a 5-mile radius from our main office. Typically, this may be a coffee shop or library. Tutors can also come to the home but that is at the tutor's discretion depending on their comfort level. If the location requested is outside of our radius, a travel fee may be added [this will be billed separately from the package you select]. The exact amount of the travel fee varies by distance. This will be addressed in your consultation.

Yes! All of our tutors are educators who have both a strong academic background and full-time classroom teaching experience.

Yes a family/sibling discount is given when a family has more than 1 student enrolled in our program. The exact discount varies by package price. This will be assessed in your consultation.

We provide regular progress updates through reports and assessments, ensuring parents and students stay informed about improvements and areas of focus.

Yes. We have several payment options that split the total plan cost into 2 or 3 payments (varies by plan). If you are in need of this option, please select "payment plan options" when you go to the enrollment options page. Failure to adhere to the payment plan may result in additional fees being added to your total cost or the complete cancellation of the plan.
